SECURITY CHECKS

The Butler will provide weekly security checks when the owner or guests are not in-house. This ensures all parties are at ease and can feel safe and secure.

The check includes but is not limited to:

  • Check mailbox
  • Run water in taps/flush toilets
  • Check all doors and windows are locked
  • Start onsite vehicle (on a regular basis – if required)
  • Check exterior of the property

CONTRACTORS

We can arrange any necessary contractors for you. We’ll meet with them onsite to ensure work is completed to owner-specified requirements and standards.

Our property management service may include but is not limited to:

  • Gardeners or tree maintenance
  • Builders, Tilers or Painters
  • Plumbers or Electricians
  • Spa Contractors

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

The Butler is a professional Queenstown property management business and can easily and proficiently arrange all standard property maintenance items.

The includes but is not limited to:

  • Chimney and gutter cleaning
  • Window cleaning and fly and spider treatment
  • Air-conditioning unit annual servicing
  • Carpet cleaning
  • Smoke alarm checks
  • Pest control (rodents)
  • Garage door annual servicing
  • Boiler annual servicing

ESSENTIAL SERVICES

We take pride in ensuring all the mundane but necessary essential services are provided to our luxury holiday home collection.

The Butler coordinates all services including but not limited to:

  • TV connection and streaming services
  • Internet and phone connections
  • Electricity and plumbing connections
  • Checking and reordering diesel and gas for heating
  • Resupply of firewood
  • Rubbish bins – optional on-demand ‘bin to curb’ service

GOING THE EXTRA MILE…

The Butler goes that extra mile and can arrange all housekeeping and cleaning services (including the removal of rubbish from inside the property). This includes but is not limited to:

  • Pre and post-stay cleaning
  • Mid-stay cleaning and housekeeping
  • Spring cleaning
  • Arrange for provisioning and restocking of consumable items before and during guest stays or owner visit
  • Linen collected, cleaned and delivered to the property when hired linen is not used
  • Manage gardening maintenance services to the ensure that the property is maintained to owner-expected standards
  • Organise repairs and maintenance of the property up to the maximum amount specified After obtaining the Owner’s consent, source quotes and arrange any other repairs and maintenance required over and above the maximum amount
